Thank you for visiting the Squeek Shop!
The Squeek Shop's mission is to provide piggie pet parents with quality products at an affordable cost, while raising funds to help support Arizona's Piggie Poo Rescue, Inc., the only 501(c)3 non-profit rescue group in Arizona dedicated to guinea pigs.
Because the Squeek Shop is all volunteer supported, the nature of our store different than other "pet supply stores".

How do I get my order?
The Squeek Shop is a pick-up and delivery service ONLY.
Delivery requires a $50 minimum order and a $20 delivery fee that the Squeek Shop gives to our volunteers for their time and gas.Pick ups are at our public adoption center and Squeek Shop located at:
1610 E Bell Rd, Ste 109
Phoenix, AZ 85022
We are located on the northeast corner of Bell and 16th St, behind the AM/PM, in the last suite on the right, next to the Vet clinic!
It is possible to arrange for pick up from one of our volunteers around the valley, though this option is dependent on the available time of our volunteer staff.The Squeek Shop does not ship products (until further notice)
How long does it take to get my order?
That depends on what you order, and when, though arrangements for delivery or pick up can usually be within 24 hours.
All accessories are in stock, unless we've sold out, in which case we'll let you know and offer an alternative or a credit on a future purchase.
What form of payment do you accept?
We only accept PayPal at our online store. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with PayPal, just a credit card or eCheck. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks at our physical location.
Do you offer refunds?Well, no. When you purchase supplies from the Squeek Shop, the proceeds from your purchase are a charitable donation, and donations are not refundable.
We make mistakes, we're human and we're sorry. Please let us know there's a problem and we will do our best to fix it. Whether it's an exchange or a credit for a future purchase, we want to make it right.
